While at this stage we do not yet practice litigation in Indonesian courts, we assist client in managing their dispute, connecting them with Indonesia's best litigators in each field of litigation. We assist in communicating with them to ensure full and thorough guidance to the litigation process while at the same time ensuring the litigation is carried out in a way that minimizes risk, both legal and reputational, to the client.

We also advice client in implementing FCPA and UK Bribery Act standards as well as implementing them in its Indonesian operations.
